• Visiting camp and giving age-appropriate shiurim when requested

• Someone who is willing to promote Bnei Akiva to parents
• Sees Bnei Akiva as a vital part of the community
• Ready to get his hands dirty 
• Commit to national shabbatonim
• Prepared to send his children to Bnei Akiva if they are of a suitable age
• Will act as a host to Bnei Akiva madrichim when able
• Approachable and understanding of the needs of Bnei Akiva New Zealand as unique
• Has a background in youth education and is passionate about empowering the youth
