Responsibilities (general) |
- To rule on matters of Halacha,
- To be the Rabbi of the school
- To be the spiritual and religious head of the school
- To participate in and attend school religious activities such as Tfillah, Assemblies, Pesach Seders, Shabbatons, the annual Siddur ceremony, Purim parade etc as well as key school events such as prize giving

Responsibilities (teaching) |
- To have overall responsibility for the assessment, preparation and teaching of Bar and Bat Mitzvah students (Bat Mitzvah generally delegated to the Rabbi’s Wife). This includes liaising with other teachers to ensure that the appropriate program is delivered.

Responsibilities (in re curriculum) |
- To work alongside with the staff at Kadimah, as requested by the Principal, in relation to the Jewish and Hebrew Studies curriculum delivery and development

Responsibilities (professional development) |
- To assist with the professional development of all teachers in relation to Jewish elements of the curriculum as required by the Principal
|
Responsibilities (children) |
- Giving religious support and advice on a confidential basis to Kadimah children when requested to by the Principal.
- Provide an aspirational model of Jewish leadership and Jewish values
